Michael Mellott, Jr.
Project Manager
Michael Mellott Jr. assumed the role of Project Manager and is responsible for the care and support of each of our clients’ accounts. Mike is an experienced project manager with 6+ years specializing in planning, design, and implementation of IT enabled business process solutions. Mike joins the XPERTECHS team from Deloitte Consulting where he has served Fortune 1000 clients across the manufacturing, financial services, and technology industries. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Business and native of Howard County Maryland. Mike enjoys working with XPERTECHS to continue to offer our clients the best Managed Service care!
Kim Ferguson
Operations Manager
Kim has been our operations manager for over ten years! Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and business transactions. Kim also works closely with our vendors, and is always here to assist with our client’s needs! Prior to joining the XPERTECHS team, Kim worked in the health insurance administration field.
