Summer Marketing Dept. Paid Internship

Our paid summer internship offers a full/part-time opportunity in our Marketing Department.

Primary Purpose of this Position:

• To support the activities of the Marketing Department in implementing the various stages of our marketing campaign schedule
• Duties include the ordering, printing and mailing of direct mail pieces to clients and prospects
• Help with company web site updates
• Assist in layout, printing and mailing of company monthly newsletter .
• Help to build and scrub our prospect mailing list
• Occasionally answer office phone

Requirements:

• Minimum G.P.A. – 3.2
• A solid knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel and Publisher and
• Web 2.0 a must
• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
• A creative and self-motivated individual that is willing to work independently in a small business environment
